Our story

At Pumpkin House, we believe early education should be more than learning the basics. It should inspire children to think creatively, explore their ideas, and develop a lifelong love for learning.

As one of Malaysia’s leading preschools, Pumpkin House embraces the Reggio Emilia philosophy, creating a nurturing environment where children can explore, discover, and learn through meaningful experiences.

Our teaching approach places a strong emphasis on Inquiry-Based Learning and Project-Based Learning. Through these approaches, children are encouraged to ask questions, investigate, collaborate, and find solutions independently. This helps nurture confident thinkers, creative problem-solvers, and curious learners who are ready to thrive in an ever-changing world.

The positive outcomes we have seen in our preschoolers inspired us to extend this approach beyond early childhood education. We wanted to create a learning environment where children could continue developing these essential skills as they progress into their primary school years.

In 2023, Pumpkin House established our very own Primary Care Centre, extending our commitment to nurturing confident, independent, and lifelong learners beyond preschool.
